(Please refer to your directory for a detailed copy of ALL pool rules and regulations)

Parking
All members who will be parking at the club will need a parking permit. If you have had one in the past, a new one for 2012 will be waiting at the front gate for you when you sign in. If you are a new member or have a new car please submit the make, year and license plate number to pool@kelloggclub.org. If you have already done so, please do not submit again. Your permit has already been issued. These permits allow for parking on Colles Avenue and Farragut Place only and are needed Monday thru Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm.

If you will be parking at the back of the pools, please remember to enter between the brick walls at the right of the mansion as we have a one-way traffic pattern for safety reasons. You will exit on the far side of the pool house on to Colles Avenue.

The back parking area is designated to pool staff and families with small children, strollers etc.

Sign-In Procedures
All members must sign in upon entering the pool at the front gate. If you enter from the back gate, please be sure to check in up front. Only members in good standing will be allowed into the pool area. If you have not paid your 2012 membership fees, please do so before entering the facility.

You must be 12 years of age to be at the pool without a chaperone. Chaperones must be at least 14 years of age or older.

Guest Policy
Our guest passes are $6 per person. These can be purchased in books of 10 for a discount of $50 at the front gate sign in table. Your unused passes do not expire so please use any passes you may have from prior years. Passes are non-refundable. Please pay by check or with exact change as we do not keep cash at the front gate.
Guest of members may be issued a temporary (one-day) parking permit upon request at check-in.

Pool Management
Loeffler Pool Management Co. will again be managing our daily pool operations and lifeguard staff. If you have any questions or concerns while at the pool, please speak to the manager – Rob Cacchio or asst. manager Ken Kurpat. If a particular situation cannot be resolved satisfactorily by the pool managers, please contact me directly, Susannah Harris, email: jnsharris@verizon.net

Pool House
Staff office, bathrooms, and games etc. are located in the pool house. Snack vending machines are located inside and outside the pool house. We will again be selling ice cream bars/sandwiches for $1.00 each as a fund raiser for our swim team. Books of 10 tickets can be purchased at the front gate sign in table. Ice cream is located in the pool house freezer.

Please wear appropriate footwear when using the shower/bathroom for safety and health reasons.

Swim Lessons
We will provide swim lessons for children 4 and under (based on sign-up and availability). Please contact the pool manager for details. Lessons done on a private basis can be coordinated through the swim coaches and/or the pool manager.

I hope all this information helps you have a great poolside experience at Kellogg this summer. Please feel free to contact me with comments or concerns regarding the operations of the pool. Let’s have a happy healthy pool season!

Thank you.
